Libby by OverDrive

With OverDrive you have access, through your active library card, to over 56,000 books (fiction & nonfiction) / 9,787 audio books / 314 magazines that you can read on your phone, tablet, Nook, or Kindle. And there are more added every day!

All you need to do is download Libby, the Overdrive app, from the App Store or Google Play. Click on the picture to the left to find out more. Libby does all the work and makes it easy for you to sign in to our Overdrive consortium so you can check materials out. You will need to enter your library card number so Libby can check to make sure the card is active.

If you have any problems stop in at the North Judson-Wayne Township Library and our staff will be glad to help set up Libby and get you started.

The Libby app is the easiest way to get started with digital books, audiobooks, and magazines from your public library!

1) Install the Libby app from the store on your Android, iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch), or Windows 10 device. Or visit www.libbyapp.com in your Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge browser.

2) In Libby, follow the prompts to find your library and sign in with a valid library card.

3) Browse your library’s collection and borrow a title.

4) Borrowed titles appear under Shelf > Loans and download to the app automatically when you’re on Wi-Fi, so you can read them when you’re offline.

From your Loans, you can:

· Tap Open Book, Open Audiobook or Open Magazine to start reading or listening.

· Tap the due date to see options like Renew and Return.

Happy Reading!
